The Program
This Short-term Career Development Program at Kansai University offers a dynamic 7-day experience that brings together international and Japanese students for a collaborative learning experience and to explore career possibilities in a global context. Before arriving in Osaka, participants join an online session and complete an on-demand course on career development in Japan. On-site, the program kicks off with a warm welcome, campus tour, and ice-breaking activities, followed by interactive, project-based workshops on team building, cross-cultural communication, and essential workplace skills. A key highlight is a corporate visit to a Japanese company, providing firsthand insight into local work culture and opportunities to connect with professionals.
The Program includes a 2-day trip to Tokyo – One of the planet’s most exciting cities, from leading the world’s technical innovations to maintaining its deeply rooted culture, heritage & traditions. The students get to experience the energy and excitement of Tokyo, before returning to their home country.
Student's group
The program is designed for students from relevant disciplines with an interest to explore, experience & excel with Global Exposure. A good command of English and the willingness to actively participate during program activities are required. No Japanese language ability required.
